Refund Policy

BidGovPro is operated by Blue Dog Innovations LLC. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles all customer service inquiries and processes refunds in accordance with this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on any BidGovPro edition or add-on module within 14 days of your original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund and we will honor it — no explanation required.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@bidgovpro.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used at purchase. You may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.

4. Third-Party API Costs

BidGovPro connects to third-party services using your own API keys (for example SAM.gov, OpenAI/Claude, and Manus). Any charges you incur directly with those providers are billed by them, not by us or Paddle, and are separate from your BidGovPro purchase. This refund policy applies to your BidGovPro purchase only.
